Shot Lists

Here is my shot list that will help me when filming. It contains all my shots, the length of each shot, what is happening in each shot and if there is any sound / dialogue in it.

1. Close up of newspaper - 10 seconds - City noises / traffic noises or soundtrack played over.

2. Idyllic river scene - 8 seconds - river sounds (water, trees, wind, rippling water) and birdsong.

3. River bank with angler - 8 seconds - river sounds (water, trees, wind, rippling water) and birdsong.

4. Medium shot of anglers face - 5 seconds - river sounds (water, trees, wind, rippling water) and birdsong.

5. Extreme close up of anglers face - 5 seconds - Diagetic sound (heavy breathing).

6. OTS Shot of angler looking at bag in river - 8 seconds - Diagetic sound (river sounds).

7. Pan up river to see floating body - 10-12 seconds - Diagetic sound (river sounds).

8. Hand delivering letter through letterbox - 6 seconds - Diagetic sound (letterbox opening / footsteps)

9. Title Shot - 5 seconds - background music.

10. Release date shot - 5 seconds - background music.
